Choosing between Private and Group Classes
​
Some of the benefits of group classes are that other students with more experience will inspire you. The energy of the group is also supportive to each personal practice. On the other hand, sometimes a private class is suggested if the students have health issues.
​
The benefits of an individual class are that you will have my entire attention and we will work on your specific needs at the optimal pace for you in the convenience of your own home.

In the next column are the times for the group classes. Reservation is required and there are mats available. If you would like a private class please email me.
